Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SMMGo Panel ("we", "the panel") collects when you use smmgopanel.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We only describe things the service actually does.
1. Who we are
SMMGo Panel is a reseller of social media marketing services. You buy services from us; we forward each order to an upstream supplier who delivers it. For any privacy question, contact support@smmgopanel.com.
2. What we collect
| Account details | Your email address, the name you provide (or the name on your Google account), and a password hash. If you sign in with Google we also store your Google account's permanent user ID so we can recognise you next time. We never receive or store your Google password. |
| Order details | The link you submit, the service and quantity you chose, and any comments or usernames you enter for services that require them. |
| Balance and ledger | Every top-up, charge, refund and manual adjustment on your account. |
| Technical data | Your IP address, used only to rate-limit sign-ins and orders so the panel cannot be brute-forced or flooded. |
We do not collect payment card details. Balances are topped up by manual transfer arranged over WhatsApp — no card or bank credentials ever pass through this website.
3. Why we collect it
- To run your account — sign you in, show your balance, keep your order history.
- To deliver your orders — the link and quantity have to be sent to the supplier, otherwise the order cannot be fulfilled.
- To keep the money correct — the ledger is how we prove a charge or refund happened.
- To protect the service — rate limiting against brute-force and abuse.
4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies
We use one essential cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. During a Google sign-in we briefly set a second cookie holding a random value, used to verify the sign-in came from you; it is deleted as soon as you land back on the site. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not sent to us. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution. Rate-limit records are transient. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us — we will delete it unless we are required to retain records of completed transactions.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can change your email, name and password yourself from the Account page. In Malaysia these rights sit under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Write to support@smmgopanel.com and we will respond within 21 days.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes — we cannot read them. Accounts created through Google have no password at all. All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Your API key can spend your balance: treat it like a password, and rotate it from the Account page if you think it has leaked.
9. Children
This service is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the panel.

2. 我们收集什么

我们不收集银行卡信息。余额是通过 WhatsApp 联系后人工转账充值的 —— 任何卡号或银行凭据都不会经过这个网站。
3. 为什么收集
- 运行你的账号 —— 登录、显示余额、保留订单记录。
- 交付你的订单 —— 链接和数量必须发给上游,否则订单没法执行。
- 保证账目正确 —— 流水是我们证明「扣过款/退过款」的唯一凭据。
- 保护服务 —— 限流,防暴力破解和滥用。
4. 我们会把数据给谁

5. Cookie
我们只用一个必要 cookie:保持你登录状态的签名会话 cookie。 Google 登录过程中会短暂设置第二个 cookie 存一个随机值,用来核实这次登录确实是你发起的, 回到本站后立即删除。语言选择存在你浏览器本地,不会发给我们。 我们没有任何分析、广告或追踪类 cookie。
6. 保存多久
账号和订单记录在你账号存续期间保留,之后仅在账务和纠纷处理需要的期限内保留。 限流记录是临时的。你想删除账号及其数据的话发邮件给我们 —— 除非法律要求我们保留已完成交易的记录,否则会删除。
7. 你的权利
你可以要求我们出示、更正或删除我们持有的你的个人数据。 邮箱、名字和密码你可以自己在「账户」页改。 在马来西亚,这些权利受《2010 年个人资料保护法》(PDPA)保障。 写信到 support@smmgopanel.com,我们会在 21 天内回复。
8. 安全
密码以加盐 PBKDF2 哈希存储 —— 我们读不出原文。 通过 Google 创建的账号根本没有密码。 本站所有流量都经 HTTPS 加密。 你的 API key 可以花掉你的余额:请当密码对待,怀疑泄露就去「账户」页重置。
9. 未成年人
本服务面向企业和成年人,不面向 18 岁以下人士,我们也不会明知故犯地为他们开户。
10. 变更
政策有变更时,我们会更新本页顶部的日期;重大变更会在面板内公告。
