It matters that we say this plainly, because the difference between panels is not the engagement itself — most of us buy from overlapping sources. What the prices look like
Everything is quoted per 1,000 units in Malaysian ringgit, so there is no currency conversion to work out and no surprise at checkout. The spread inside each platform is wide because it reflects real differences: the cheap end drops over time, the expensive end comes with a refill guarantee and targeted accounts.

The lowest prices in that table are view and impression services, which is why they look almost free — a thousand TikTok views genuinely costs a few sen. Followers and subscribers sit much higher. YouTube subscribers are the most expensive thing we sell by a wide margin, because they are the hardest for any supplier to deliver safely.
Refill, drop, and what they actually mean
These two words decide whether an order was worth the money, and most panels never explain them.
Drop
Some of the accounts that follow you will unfollow later, either because the platform removes them or because they were rented rather than real. A service labelled no drop is expected to hold; low drop loses a slice over weeks; anything unlabelled will lose more. Cheap followers drop. That is the trade you are making, and it is a reasonable one if you want a number on a page rather than an audience.
Refill
A refill guarantee means that if the count falls below what you ordered within the guarantee window — commonly 30, 60 or 90 days — you can ask for the shortfall to be topped back up at no extra charge. Every service in our catalogue shows its own refill window on the order screen, and the refill button appears in your order history when the service supports it.
The practical advice: if the account matters to you, pay for a refill service. If you are testing an idea or need a number to look credible for a week, the cheap tier is fine.
What happens when an order does not fully deliver
This is the part we would want to read first if we were buying. Suppliers do not always deliver the full quantity. When that happens on SMMGo Panel:
- The undelivered portion is calculated from the actual remaining count and refunded to your balance automatically, at the rate you were charged.
- A cancelled order is refunded in full.
- You do not have to notice it, ask for it, or open a ticket. It appears in your transaction history with the order number attached.
There is one deliberate exception. If our supplier stops responding mid-order, we do not refund automatically, because a timeout does not mean the order failed — it may already be running. Those orders are marked for manual review and settled by hand within the day. Refunding on a guess would mean paying the supplier and returning your money for the same order, and a panel that does that does not stay open long enough to help you.
Paying in ringgit
Top up with Malaysian online banking (FPX) or DuitNow QR. Payment is handled by toyyibPay, a licensed Malaysian payment gateway, so your banking credentials never touch our site. Your balance is credited automatically once the bank confirms, normally within a minute.
USDT (TRC20) also works: the panel gives you a deposit address and an exact amount, and the balance credits itself once the transfer confirms on-chain — usually within a minute. A plain bank transfer can still be arranged over WhatsApp. The minimum top-up is RM20.
For resellers and agencies
If you are running your own panel, an agency, or a WooCommerce store, you do not need to use our dashboard at all. We expose the standard SMM panel API — the same request format every major panel uses — so existing reseller software, plugins and scripts connect without custom code. Is buying followers safe for my account?
Nothing here needs your password, so your account cannot be compromised through us. The real risk is different: a profile with 50,000 followers and 20 likes per post looks bought, and both people and the algorithm read that ratio. If you buy followers, buy some engagement to match. Platforms remove fake accounts periodically, which is what "drop" means — pick a service with a refill guarantee if that matters.
