Terms of Service

By creating an account on smmgopanel.com you agree to these terms. Please read section 4 (delivery and refunds) carefully — it describes exactly what happens to your money when an order does not fully deliver.

1. What this service is

SMMGo Panel resells social media marketing services. When you place an order, we forward it to an upstream supplier who carries out the delivery. We are a reseller, not the party performing the delivery, and we depend on that supplier's capacity and quality.

2. Your account

One person or business, one account. Keep your password and API key private — anyone holding your API key can spend your balance.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, including via the API.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service, charges back, or breaks section 6.

3. Balance and payment

Orders are paid from a prepaid balance. Balance is credited manually by us after your transfer clears — we do not accept card payments on this site.
Balance is service credit, not a deposit. It can be spent on services on this panel. We do not pay balance back out as cash except at our discretion.
Prices are shown per 1,000 units and can change at any time, because our own cost changes. The price is locked at the moment you place an order — a later price change never affects an order you already placed.

4. Delivery, refunds and refills

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly:

Order fully delivered	No refund. You paid for what you received.
Order partly delivered	The undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your balance, calculated from the same unit price you were charged. You do not need to ask.
Order cancelled	Fully refunded to your balance, automatically.
Order rejected by the supplier	Fully refunded to your balance immediately.
Refill	Services marked with a refill period can be refilled free of charge within that period, from the Orders page. Services marked "No refill" cannot.

What we cannot promise: a start time, a completion time, or that delivered followers/likes/views will stay. Drop is normal in this industry — that is exactly what the "No drop" / "Low drop" / refill labels on each service are telling you. Choose the service whose labels match what you need.

Wrong link, wrong service or a private/deleted target: once the supplier has accepted the order we usually cannot refund it. Check the link before you submit.

If an order looks stuck or wrong, contact us. If we charged you for something the supplier never delivered, we will refund it.

5. Using the API

Your API key spends your balance. Keep it secret and rotate it from the Account page if it leaks. The API is rate limited; sustained abuse of the limits may get the key or the account suspended.

6. What you may not do

Order services for content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, sexualises minors, or infringes someone else's rights.
Use the service to impersonate, harass or defame a person or business.
Attack, probe or overload the panel or the supplier's systems.
Resell access in a way that hides that orders are ultimately fulfilled by third parties, if that would mislead your own customers.

You are responsible for making sure your use complies with the rules of the social platform you are buying for. Those platforms may act against accounts that buy engagement — that risk is yours, and it is a reason we cannot guarantee retention.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the panel up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual services appear and disappear as our supplier changes their catalogue.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost followers, or action taken against your social media account by the platform it is on.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be announced in the panel. You may stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unspent balance unless the breach involved fraud or a chargeback.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. 这是什么服务

SMMGo Panel 转售社交媒体营销服务。你下单后,我们把订单转给上游供应商执行。 我们是转售商,不是实际执行交付的一方,服务的产能和质量取决于上游。

2. 你的账号

一人或一家企业一个账号。密码和 API key 请自行保密 —— 拿到你 API key 的人就能花掉你的余额。
通过你账号做的一切(包括走 API 的)都由你负责。
滥用服务、发起拒付、或违反第 6 节的账号,我们可能停用。

3. 余额与付款

订单从预付余额扣款。余额由我们在确认你的转账后人工加上 —— 本站不接受银行卡支付。
余额是服务额度,不是存款。它只能用于本面板的服务。除非我们另行同意,余额不折现退还。
价格按「每 1000 个」显示,可能随时调整,因为我们自己的成本会变。 下单那一刻价格即锁定 —— 之后调价不影响你已经下的单。

4. 交付、退款与补单

这一节最要紧,所以写得直白:

订单完全交付	不退款。你付的是你收到的。
订单部分交付	未交付的部分自动按原单价退回你的余额,不需要你来要。
订单被取消	全额自动退回余额。
上游拒单	立即全额退回余额。
补单	标了补单期的服务可以在该期限内到「我的订单」免费申请补单; 标了「不补单」的不行。

我们不能承诺的:具体的开始时间、完成时间,以及已交付的粉丝/点赞/播放不会掉。掉量在这个行业是常态 —— 每个服务上标的「不掉量」「低掉量」「N 天补单」就是在告诉你这一点。请按标签挑符合你需求的服务。

链接填错、服务选错、目标账号私密或已删除:上游一旦接单,通常无法退款。提交前请核对链接。

订单看起来卡住或不对劲,请联系我们。如果我们扣了钱而上游从未交付,我们会退。

5. 使用 API

你的 API key 能花掉你的余额,请保密,泄露了就去「账户」页重置。 API 有限流;持续冲击限流可能导致 key 或账号被停用。

6. 禁止的用途

为违法内容、宣扬暴力或仇恨、性化未成年人、或侵犯他人权利的内容下单。
用本服务冒充、骚扰或诽谤任何个人或企业。
攻击、探测或压垮本面板或上游的系统。
以隐瞒「订单最终由第三方交付」的方式转售,如果这会误导你自己的客户。

你需要自行确认你的用法符合你所购买的那个社交平台的规则。那些平台可能会对购买互动数据的账号采取措施 —— 这个风险由你承担, 这也是我们无法保证留存的原因之一。

7. 可用性

我们尽力保持面板可用,但不保证不间断。具体服务会随上游调整目录而上下架。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内,我们就任何一笔订单相关索赔承担的责任总额, 以你为该订单实际支付的金额为限。我们不对间接损失负责,例如利润损失、粉丝流失, 或社交平台对你账号采取的处置。

9. 变更与终止

我们可能更新本条款;顶部日期会随之变化,重大变更会在面板内公告。你可以随时停止使用。我们可能关闭违反本条款的账号,并退还未使用的余额 —— 除非该违规涉及欺诈或拒付。

本条款适用马来西亚法律。
