You can now order from Telegram and pay in USDT

No account to create, no screenshots to send. Here is how it works and why we built it this way.

What changed

SMMGo Panel now has a Telegram bot — @smmgopanell_bot — that does the whole job inside the chat: browse services, place an order, top up with USDT, and track what you bought. You never have to open the website.

There is no sign-up step. The first time you message the bot it creates your account, because your Telegram identity is the account. No email, no password, no confirmation link.

If you already have an account on the website, you can link the two so both sides share one balance and one order history. Generate a code on the Account page and send it to the bot.

How ordering works

Tap 🛒, then pick a platform, a category, and a service. Every button shows the price per 1,000 in USDT and the quantity range the service accepts, so you can tell apart services that look similar.

After you pick one, the bot asks for what that particular service needs — a link and a quantity for most things, a list of comments for comment services, a source account for mention services. It asks for exactly the fields the supplier requires, nothing more.

Then you get a confirmation screen with the total and what your balance will be afterwards. Nothing is charged until you tap confirm.

How USDT top-up works

Tap ⬆️, pick an amount, and the bot gives you a payment order: a QR code, our TRC20 address, and an exact amount with a few random decimals — something like 10.0137 USDT.

Send that exact amount. Within about a minute the deposit is matched on-chain and your balance goes up by itself. You do not send us a screenshot, a transaction hash, or anything else.

The decimals are not decoration. They are how we know the money is yours.

Why the exact amount matters (the security part)

A shared deposit address is public. Anyone can watch it on a block explorer and see every transfer arriving in real time, within seconds.

That breaks the obvious design, which is to let customers report their transaction hash. In the seconds between a customer sending funds and reporting the hash, someone else watching the chain can report that same hash first and have the money credited to their own account. The genuine payer gets nothing. It is not a theoretical attack — the information needed to run it is published on-chain by design.

Tying the payment to an amount that only you were given removes the race entirely. There is nothing to report and nothing to claim. To take someone else’s payment you would have to send an identical amount yourself, which means paying for it.

A practical consequence: pay the exact figure. Round it off and the deposit will not match automatically — the money is not lost, but it waits for a human to assign it, and that is slower than the minute the automatic path takes.

What the bot does not do yet

Mass ordering — the paste-a-list-of-lines feature — is website only for now. So is the full order history with per-order refill and cancel buttons; the bot shows your five most recent orders.

Accounts created inside Telegram cannot log into the website yet, because they have no email or password. If you want both, start from the website and link your Telegram to it.

Questions people ask

Do I need an account to use the bot?

No. Message @smmgopanell_bot and an account is created for you. Top up and order straight away.

Are the prices different from the website?

No. Same catalogue, same balance, same prices. The bot shows them in USDT because that is what you pay with; the website shows MYR.

Which network do I send USDT on?

TRC20 (Tron) only. Sending on ERC20, BEP20 or any other network means the funds are lost permanently and cannot be recovered by anyone.

How long does a top-up take to credit?

Usually about a minute after the transfer confirms on-chain. You can also tap 🔍 Check payment to make the bot look right away.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

The deposit will not match automatically. Contact support with the transaction and we assign it to your account by hand — the money is not lost, it just needs a person.

Can I use the same balance on the website and in Telegram?

Yes, if you link them. Open the Account page on the website, generate a linking code, and send it to the bot.
