Members or post views — which should I buy?
Views, if you have to choose. Subscriber count is the number people see first, but view count per post is what tells them whether anyone is still reading. A channel with a high subscriber count and almost no views on recent posts looks worse than a smaller channel with proportional views.
What are Telegram channel boosts for?
